How to book an appointment of any artist.?

Follow these simple steps to book an appointment of any artist on the Alkhattat platform.

Note: Before Booking a Artist, please complete your Registration and Login. You can see the full guidance on a separate page.

Step 1: Go to Artist Detail Page

  1. From the top menu, click on the Artists tab.
  2. You will see a listing of all available artists.
  3. Click on any artist to open their Artist Detail Page.
  4. On the detail page, go to the Book Appointment tab.

Step 2 — Check availability & price

  1. If booking is available, you’ll see Book now button.
  2. Price shown (e.g. Starting from 40.00 / hour).
  3. Click Book now to see calendar.

step 3 — Choose a date

  1. Select a highlighted date from the calendar.
  2. Available slots for that date will appear on the right.

step 4 — Select Time Slot & Confirm Booking

  1. Click on your preferred time slot (e.g. 02:30 PM - 03:30 PM).
  2. A booking popup will appear with appointment details.
  3. You may add additional notes in the popup.
  4. Click Book Appointment to send booking request.

Step 5 — Artist Confirms Booking

  1. Once the artist accepts your request, the booking will appear in your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Appointment Bookings in the Dashboard.
  3. The booking status will be shown as Confirmed.

Step : 6 — Make Payment

  1. Click on the Pay button to proceed.
  2. Fill out the billing information form.
  3. Select your preferred payment method (e.g. Moyasar).
  4. Enter card details and complete the payment securely.

Step : 7 — Appointment Booking Success

  1. After successful payment, you will see a Booking Success page.
  2. The page shows your booking number and appointment details.
  3. Click View Appointment to open the appointment in your dashboard.
