How to Buy a Products?

Follow these simple steps to purchase any Product on the Alkhattat platform.

Step 01: Go to Artist Listing

  1. From the top menu, click on the Artist Menu
  2. You will be redirected to the Artist Listing Page.
  3. Select any artist to open their Artist Detail Page.

Step 02: Browse Artist’s Products

  1. Inside the Artist Detail Page, click on the Products Tab.
  2. All available products by the artist will be displayed.
  3. Click on the product you want to purchase — this will open the Product Detail Page.

Step 03: View Product Details

  1. On the Product Detail Page, you will see:
    • Product Image
    • Product Name
    • Product Category
    • Product Price
    • Inventory Status (In Stock or Out of Stock)
    • Quantity selector to increase/decrease quantity
  2. Click on Add to Cart.
  3. A cart panel (modal) will open from the right side.
  4. You can choose to Visit Cart or go directly to Checkout.

Step 04: Checkout Process

  1. At checkout, enter your Shipping Address.
  2. If Billing Address is the same, check the box. Otherwise, enter a separate Billing Address.
  3. Select your preferred Payment Method.
  4. Click on Proceed to Payment.

Step 05: Make Payment

  1. Example: If you select Moyasar (Visa), a secure payment form will open.
  2. Fill in your payment details correctly.
  3. Submit the payment.

Step 06: Order Confirmation

  1. After successful payment, you will see a Success Page.
  2. You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email.
  3. The success page will show a message: "You will receive an order confirmation email shortly when your payment is confirmed. Thank you."
  4. There will be a View My Order button — click to see the details of your order.
