EN How to Buy a Service?
Follow these simple steps to purchase any service on the Alkhattat platform.

01 Go to Services
Login to your dashboard, then click on Services from the left menu bar. A list of available services will appear.
02 Choose a Service
Browse the list and click on the Request Service button of the service you want to buy.
Example:
The user clicked on the "Testing Service" → The system redirected them to the Service Detail Page where full information of the service is displayed.
03 View Service Details
You will be redirected to the Service Detail Page, where you can see portfolio, description, delivery time, and pricing.
04 Order the Service
Click the Order the Service Now button. A payment section will open below.
Example:
The user clicked on Order the Service Now → The Service Purchase and Payment box appeared asking for mobile number and payment method.
05 Enter Payment Details
Fill in your mobile number, select your payment option (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Tamara, etc.), and then click Order the Service Now.
Example:
The user entered mobile number 851105468, selected Moyassar as payment option, and then clicked Order the Service Now. A secure Moyassar pop-up appeared to complete the payment.
06 Make the Payment
After selecting your payment method, a Moyassar Secure Payment Form will appear. Enter your card details and confirm the payment to complete your order.
Example:
1. Name on Card: John Doe
2. Card Number: 4242 4242 4242 4242
3. Expiry Date: 12/25
4. CVC: 123
5. Click Pay SAR 210.00 button.
Once submitted, Moyassar will securely process your payment. If successful, you will see a Payment Success Message and your order will be confirmed.
07 Payment Successful
Your payment has been processed successfully via Moyasar.
08 Service Activated
The service you purchased has been successfully activated and added to your account.
09 Access Your Services
Go to My Services → Purchased Services section to view or manage the purchased service.
10 Approve or Deny Service
Your purchased service will stay In Progress until the artist sends you a completion request. You will see Approve and Deny buttons in your service detail page.
11 Check Completed Service
After approving, go to your Dashboard → Service Tab → Purchased Services. You will see your purchased service status updated to Completed.
