Add Your services as an Artist

Create your artist profile, share your biography, and start offering your services.

( 1 ). Registration as Artist

To register as an artist, simply follow the easy steps below and complete your registration.

Step 1 – Go to Join as Artist

From the top menu, navigate to Artist → Join as Artist, then click the Register Now button.

Step 2 – Fill the Registration Form

Complete all the required fields (* indicates mandatory):

Name (English) * — Example: Ahmed Al-Sayed
Email * — Example: demo.user@example.com
Password * — Example: DemoPass123!
Biography (English) * — Example: Calligrapher and visual artist with 10 years of experience

Optional Fields: Profile Picture, Instagram, X Platform, Facebook, YouTube Channel, Website

Instagram — Example: https://instagram.com/demo_profile_2025
X Platform — Example: https://x.com/demo_user_2025
Facebook — Example: https://facebook.com/demo.user.profile
YouTube Channel — Example: https://youtube.com/@demo_channel_2025
Website — Example: https://www.demowebsite.com

💡 Tip: Ensure your email address is valid; it will be used for login purposes.

Step 3 – Submit the Form

Once you have completed all fields, click Submit. You will be redirected to the Login Page.

( 2 ). Log in as Artist

Follow the simple steps below to login as an artist and get started on Alkhattat.

Step 4 – Log in as Artist

Enter the Email and Password you registered with:

Email — Example: demo.user@example.com
Password — Example: DemoPass123!

Then click the Login button to proceed.

Step 5 – Access Your Artist Dashboard

Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Artist Dashboard. From here, you can:

Manage your artist profile
Upload images and artworks
Create and publish your first Services.

💡 Tip: Bookmark your dashboard page for quick access in the future.

( 3 ). How to Create a Services?

To create their new Service, the artist has to follow some easy steps given below.

Step 6 – How to Create an Artist Service

Once you are in your Artist Dashboard:

From the left-side menu, click on Services.
Select Add Services.

Step 7 – Fill in the Service Details

You will see the Add a new project form. Fill the following required fields (* indicates mandatory):

Categories * — Example: Arabic Calligraphy
Country * — Example: Saudi Arabia
Delivery Time * — Example: 48 Hours
Price * — Example: 150 SAR
Tags * — Example: Linear panel, Arabic calligraphy
Title En * — Example: Custom Arabic Calligraphy Artwork
Description En * — Example: I will design a beautiful Arabic calligraphy artwork customized with your chosen text. Delivered as a high-quality digital file (JPG/PNG) within 2 days.
Image * — Example: Upload a sample image (e.g., calligraphy_sample.jpg)

Optional Fields:

Additional Tags — Example: Modern Calligraphy, Digital Art
Extra Images — Example: upload more samples of your work

Important Language Note:
When adding a service, you are currently editing the form in English (if the current language is English) or currently editing the form in Arabic (if the current language is Arabic).

Fill all service details in the current language only (Title, Description, etc.).
After you save your service, you can switch to the other language and add translations.

💡 Tip: Always upload a clear, high-quality image for your service. This increases the chances of attracting customers.

Step 8 – Submit Your Service

Once all required fields are filled, click Submit. Example: Your service “Custom Arabic Calligraphy Artwork” will now appear in the My Services section of your dashboard, where you can edit or manage it anytime.
