At Al-Khattat Platform, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process, while respecting the nature of handmade and craft products.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

The reason for return falls under accepted categories (see Section 2).
Non-returnable products include:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Perishable goods or products with an expiration date.

Digital downloads or services.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged or defective.

The product significantly differs from its description or images on Al-Khattat Platform.

An incorrect product was delivered.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose between:

A full refund to the original payment method.

An exchange for a similar or identical product (if available).

Store credit for future purchases.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Al-Khattat covers shipping costs.

If returned for other reasons, the buyer bears the shipping costs.
5. Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items.

Al-Khattat is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.
