At Al-Khattat Platform, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process, while respecting the nature of handmade and craft products.

1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

  • The reason for return falls under accepted categories (see Section 2).

Non-returnable products include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods or products with an expiration date.

  • Digital downloads or services.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product significantly differs from its description or images on Al-Khattat Platform.

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to the original payment method.

  • An exchange for a similar or identical product (if available).

  • Store credit for future purchases.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Al-Khattat covers shipping costs.

  • If returned for other reasons, the buyer bears the shipping costs.

5. Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items.

  • Al-Khattat is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.
