4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, packaging, and timely delivery.

  • Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and items violating intellectual property laws.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must review product details before purchasing.

  • Payments must be made through approved Al-Khattat payment methods.

  • Buyers agree not to request unjustified refunds or returns.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers set their own prices; however, Al-Khattat may charge transaction or service fees.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved gateways.

  • Payments may be withheld if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and designs on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Al-Khattat.

  • Sellers retain ownership of their product designs but grant Al-Khattat a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and market their products.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

  • Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly.

Al-Khattat is not liable for:

  • Product defects, misrepresentations, or non-delivery.
